Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mergers And Acquisitions Advisory Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior management and clients to provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. You will leverage your financial expertise and industry knowledge to support clients through complex deal processes, from initial strategy development to post-transaction integration.
As an Mergers And Acquisitions Advisory Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and market research, as well as supporting the execution of transactions. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients and drive value creation for their organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Support: Lead and support client-facing activities throughout the M&A lifecycle, including deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.

Financial Analysis & Valuation: Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis), and develop business case scenarios for potential transactions.

Client Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during transactions, providing strategic advice, deal structuring recommendations, and risk assessments to ensure successful outcomes.

Market Research & Industry Trends: Stay abreast of market trends, emerging industries, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for clients. Conduct in-depth market and company research to support transaction decisions.

Due Diligence & Reporting: Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, ensuring all necessary financial, legal, and operational information is obtained and analyzed. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

Deal Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and operational experts, to execute transactions and drive alignment across all parties involved.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Post-Transaction Support: Provide post-merger integration advice and ensure that value is maximized for clients after the deal closes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced finance qualification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.

Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Strong track record of working on complex M&A transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg, Capital IQ).

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting complex financial data and strategic recommendations to senior executives and clients.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses, typically 20-40% of base salary, depending on individual and company performance.
