JOB DESCRIPTION

Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Atascadero, California
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing mental health team in an outpatient setting. In this full-time role, you will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive mental health outcomes through evidence-based practices.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
 
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
 
Active LMFT license in California.
 
Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings preferred.
 
Proficiency in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
 
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
 
Strong clinical assessment and intervention abilities.
 
Requirements

Active LMFT license in California.
