JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Program Manager for a global B2B technology company. This role will be responsible for end to end management of a variety of ABM and email markeitng campaigns focused on lead generation. Responsibilties will include list segmentation, content development (working with SMEs), lead management and reporting. This role will collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team to drive net-new pipeline within large enterprise organizations.

This is a 6 month contract (extensions possible), 40 hr/week, MUST work 4-5 days/week onsite at the office in Santa Clara, CA for the first 6 weeks of the assignment, and then must work 3 days per week at the office in Santa Clara, CA.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email campaigns: Develop email campaign strategy, develop campaign assets, manage requests, reviews, and approvals for campaign assets such as banners and ad copy, emails, and landing pages
  • Work in Marketo to set up email campaigns and nurture campaigns
  • Support ABM campaigns workign with sales and other teams
  • Employ 6sense for ABM campaign segments, campaign creation, maintenance and reporting
  • Create lead and ROI reporting from Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Experience marketing products/solutions to technical/engineering audiences
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and experience with metrics analysis
  • Strong project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on experience with Marketo or another marketing automation system, MUST
  • Hands on experience with creation of reports and metrics from Salesforce, MUST
  • Hands on experience with 6sense or similar ABM tools (ie Demandbase, Rollworks, etc), MUST
  • Bachelors Degree
