Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Management Analyst/Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with a diverse set of clients across various industries to assess business operations, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis: Evaluate current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to define strategic goals, create action plans, and help implement changes to meet organizational objectives.

Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative, to support recommendations. This may include conducting surveys, interviews, and reviewing internal reports or documents.

Process Improvement: Recommend and design processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Lead or support the implementation of process changes.

Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner.

Project Management: Manage or support the execution of consulting projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Change Management: Assist organizations in managing the transition during periods of change, ensuring that new processes or systems are effectively integrated.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor performance, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).

Experience: 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a related role. Experience with process improvement, project management, or data analysis is highly preferred.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with change management and process redesign.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma, Lean, or similar certifications are a plus.

Travel: Willingness to travel (if applicable, based on client needs).
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
