We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor to join our thriving team! If you have exceptional customer service skills coupled with strong maintenance abilities, we want to hear from YOU!
 
 Reports to: Property Manager
 
 Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour based on experience
 
Requirements
 
Dependable attendance is crucial; you represent Banyan Living, your team, and our property owners.
 
Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
 
Arrive on time and prepared to lead your team every day.
 
A positive and cheerful attitude is a must!
 
Flexibility in working hours is vital, especially during peak maintenance times.
 
3+ years of lead maintenance experience is preferred.
 
All candidates must undergo a background investigation, with employment dependent on the results.
 
All staff must adhere to the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures.
