JOB DESCRIPTION
Parallel Employment is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Machinist to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine maintenance, with a particular focus on shapers, lathes, hoist, hobs, grinders, and machine centers.
1st shift: 7:00 AM -3:00 PM, M-F
Job Type: Direct Hire
Job Location: Racine, WI
Pay: $24.98/ hr
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge in hydraulics, electrical systems, and pneumatics
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various machinery
- Must have own hand tools and a basic set of machinist tools
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to wear required safety equipment and adhere to safety standards
- Dependable transportation is a must
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
