 Shift:  Mids (11 AM - 11 PM) with Every Other Weekend and First to Float

Key Responsibilities:
 
 
Patient Care:  Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ER, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
 
Critical Skills:  Utilize your IV skills and acute care experience to assess and manage patient needs effectively.
 
Collaboration:  Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient outcomes.
 
Basic EKG Interpretation:  Complete a basic EKG interpretation test during orientation, with additional training for critical care specialties.
 
Documentation:  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all protocols and regulations.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
 
Current LVN license in California (required).
 
Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience in an ER setting (because experience matters!).
 
Must have Cerner (Firstnet) proficiency, IV skills, and travel experience.
 
Certifications Required:  BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS for adult ER; Peds ER-BLS, ALS, PALS, and ENPC or CPEN preferred.
 
Flexibility:  Travelers must be adaptable to varied scheduling-no block scheduling here!
