JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide safe individualized nursing care including all aspects of direct patient care, treatments, and procedures.
 
 Assist with the admission, appointments, transfers and discharge of patients.
 
 Document accurate and complete patient information while addressing identified patient problems, and expected outcomes
 
 Organized and implemented several safe practice programs, designed health screening forms, taught safety training classes, certified employees for CPR First Aid & AED certifications.
