JOB DESCRIPTION

On Call Daily  - xx2101-2300 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"
Holiday On Call Daily  - xx3,151.50- xx3,450 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"
Call Back      $326 - xx350 -     Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.   
 
Holiday Call Back     xx489 - xx525 -    Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.   

Bid Due Date: 11/5/24 @5p est

Schedule/Availability Requirements:  Flexible with a one week on, one week off or two weeks on, two weeks off based on the availability of the Psychiatrist. On-call hours will be scheduled during weeks on. One or two evenings on call during the week and 1 weekend a month.


Facility Location:  Bismarck North Dakota Setting: Adult Inpatient Psychiatry

FTE:  0.6

Duties:  Daily rounds on the adult psychiatry unit, attend daily multi-disciplinary teams meeting, communicate with patient family or natural supports, provide psych consults on the inpatient units, complete documentation

Required Procedures: NA

EMR:  Epic

Support Staff:  Registered Nurses, Mental Health Techs, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Social Worker, Adolescent Psychiatrist, Manager, Director

Reason for Coverage:  To increase adult census

Deal breakers:  Promotes positive culture, Office is located on the unit  

Travel Preferences  (see attachment for specific travel guidelines):
   Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market.
