Litigation Paralegal — Direct HireLocation: Bothell, WA (on-site)Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct HirePay: $75K-$90KBonus: Monthly bonus available for meeting 80 billable hours/month (up to $1,500/month) LHH is working with a law firm seeking a litigation paralegal with 4+ years of experience in Superior and/or Federal Court. Benefits:Fully paid medical, dental, vision401(k) with matching2 weeks paid vacation10 paid holidaysCostco membershipFree parkingKey Responsibilities:Draft complaints, answers, disclosures, motions, orders, and other pleadingsPrepare and assemble exhibits, motion notebooks, deposition materialsManage and track discovery, including privilege logs and document productionMaintain litigation checklists, deadlines, and court calendarseFile documents in accordance with state and federal rulesCoordinate docketing, scheduling, and client follow-upsOrganize master chronologies, cast of characters, and deposition notebooksPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AdobeStrong Word formatting and document skillsExperience with litigation management software (e.g., PracticeMaster/TABS preferred)Excellent written and verbal communicationStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlinesTeam-oriented and proactive with a positive, professional attitudeInterview Process:First Interview: Zoom with litigation leadershipSecond Interview: In-person with firm partners and litigation team
