JOB DESCRIPTION

Our agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to start immediately. In this role you would be responsible for servicing customers by obtaining accurate information, quoting new policies, maintaining and reviewing policies, processing policy endorsements, as well as assisting customers with billing questions, payments, and other insurance/policy-related items.General Duties:Handle customer inquiriesProvide information about current or new insurance products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concernsDevelop and maintain customer relationships pertaining to individual insurance needsInteract with company underwriters throughout servicing processesQualifications:Property & Casualty Insurance License is requiredPrevious experience in an insurance agency customer service environment preferredAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe right candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, have a customer-centered mentality, and be able to work well in our team-based environment.
