Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Alaska
We are currently expanding our team and seeking experienced Mental Health Professionals to join us in providing excellent care to clients. Position Details:
 
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
 
 Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Offer individual counseling through video sessions
 
Utilize evidence-based approaches for effective treatment
 
Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
 
Support clients in gaining self-awareness about emotions and relationships
 
Monitor client progress and help build healthy coping mechanisms
 
Requirements
Qualifications:
 
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
 
Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
 
At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling
