Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Be a Catalyst for Change

As an LMHC, you’ll help clients achieve progress while feeling supported every step of the way.
SALARY: $90,000 - $115,000 per year and full benefits
Your Role:
 
Facilitate therapy sessions that foster emotional healing and personal growth
 
Work alongside a team of doctors, nurses, and other mental health experts to create holistic treatment plans
 
Follow up with psychiatrists for clients admitted to the hospital to ensure they receive the best care possible
 
Provide emotional support and practical strategies for families and caregivers navigating mental health challenges
 
Requirements
Qualifications:
·         Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
·         Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
·         Must have experience working with older adults
·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
