Virtual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time in Glendale, Arizona
We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. You will be providing virtual therapy and supporting mental wellness in a flexible, work-from-home environment
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
 
Providing individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
 
Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
 
Utilizing evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, etc.) to help clients manage mental health challenges
 
Offering crisis intervention and referrals when needed
 
Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system
 
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and support for clients
 
Engaging in professional development, supervision, and team meetings
 
Requirements
 
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
 
Active Arizona LCSW License (required)
 
Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual therapy platforms and electronic documentation
 
Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
