Leave Management  Specialist
 Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite)
 Duration: 6 Months
 
Position Overview:
 Join a dynamic team as a Medical Leave and Support Services Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in administering comprehensive leave management and support services programs.
 
  
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
 
Manage medical leave, Workers' Compensation, Long-term Disability, and workplace accommodation programs
 
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures related to leave management
 
Ensure compliance with federal regulations including ADA and FMLA
 
Coordinate with Worker's Compensation vendors and maintain OSHA logs
 
Drive process improvements and implement new technologies
 
Deliver training to managers on leave management regulations and policies
 
 
Required Qualifications:
 
 
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience
 
Extensive knowledge of STD, LTD, FMLA, and Leave of Absence programs
 
Experience with Workers' Compensation claims management
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HCM systems (Workday)
 
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 
Excellent communication and customer service skills
