Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a Technology Lead     Full-Stack Developer to spearhead development efforts, leading a team in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies and a deep understanding of modern development practices.
 
  
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+Years of relevant experience.
 
 
 
Lead the design and development of full-stack applications with React (Frontend) and Java / Node.js / .NET Core (Backend).
 
Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
 
Manage databases using MySQL / Oracle / Postgres and implement Stored Procedures where required.
 
Guide the team through the software development lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
 
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
 
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through testing.
 
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
 
 
  
 
Qualifications:
 
 
6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack technologies.
 
Proficiency in React, Java / Node.js / .NET Core, and RESTful API development.
 
Strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL / Oracle / Postgres with Stored Procedure expertise.
 
Experience working in Agile environments with modern development practices.
 
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
 
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
