Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess robust project management skills, experience with ServiceNow CSDM model implementing application services, a visionary outlook, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. This role requires the ability to navigate complexities, address issues, and mitigate risks across various projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Implementation: Large scale implementation for CMDB, specifically application services, technical services, business services.

• Project Management Expertise: Utilize strong project management principles to oversee projects from inception to completion. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively while delivering results aligned with organizational objectives.

• Application Portfolio Management: Familiarity with Application Portfolio Management (APM) is essential, and direct experience with ServiceNow APM is highly preferred. Leverage this knowledge to enhance project management processes.

• Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively address potential issues and risks across multiple projects and programs. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.

• Requirements Management: Demonstrate proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Ensure clarity and transparency in communicating project requirements to stakeholders while effectively managing changes.

• Process Improvement and Pattern Identification: Proactively identify patterns and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with teams to enhance workflows and optimize project outcomes.

• Ownership Mentality and Decision Making: Display a self-starter mentality with a proven track record of taking ownership in projects and decision-making processes. Drive projects forward independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Agile Mindset and Conflict Resolution: Emphasize an agile mindset, taking responsibility, approaching conflicts with humility, and developing effective conflict resolution strategies. Exhibit strong listening skills to consider diverse opinions and engage team members for collective success.

• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Foster a "we" vs. "I" mindset among team members. Consider downstream impacts and mentor less experienced team members. Show maturity, patience, and the ability to engage and bring people on board.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a large company setting.

• Experience in data and edge technology will be considered advantageous.
