Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you will support the execution of financial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and advisory services. You will work closely with senior bankers to conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and interact with clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling, including valuation analysis (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.), and create projections for financial performance.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, client presentations, and other deal-related materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support deal structuring and client recommendations.
  • Due Diligence: Participate in the due diligence process, coordinating with clients, external parties, and internal teams to gather necessary financial data and information.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely updates on deal progress and assisting in client meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing deal timelines, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers and cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and tax, to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university.
  • Experience: Internship or 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and other complex data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing financial models, presentations, and reports.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare clear and concise presentations and reports.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with senior bankers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year (base salary), depending on experience and qualifications.
