Industrial Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION

Pay: $30.00 $40.00 per hour based on experience
DUTIES:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
Fabricate and install new parts as needed
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Perform field service visits to address equipment issues on-site
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
Must have Welding experience TIG and Fusion welding.
Industrial Machine Mechanic for a full-time position in our shop. Tasks include but not limited to:
Machinery assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding
Blueprint reading
Steel Grinding / polishing (stainless and carbon)
Hydraulic assembly / troubleshooting (Must)
Machining various parts
Bearing installation/replacement
Seal assembly (mechanical / lip / packing)
Gearbox assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding
Shaft/motor/gearbox alignment
Limited electrical wiring (motor/switches)
Must have driver's license.
