JOB DESCRIPTION

 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  |  Travel/Contract |  13-weeks 
 
 
Location:  Chambersburg, PA  17201
 
Shift:  2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
 
 
Guaranteed Hours:  40  hours per week
 
 
 
Weekly Pay Rate:  $1080- $1160
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
 
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
 
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
 
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
 
Document patient care, treatment, and observations accurately.
 
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
 
Follow infection control protocols and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
 
 
Requirements:
 
 
Completion of an accredited LPN program.
 
Valid LPN license in the state of  Pennsylvania.
 
Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
 
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
 
Strong communication and organizational skills.
 
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving patients.
 
 
 
 
Travel & Local Considerations:
 
 
Candidates  outside a 50-mile radius  qualify for travel pay.
