JOB DESCRIPTION

The Physical Therapist performs evaluations, diagnostic testing, and treatment of all patients as prescribed by a referring physician. The registered Physical Therapist must be licensed by the State of Iowa and maintain a current license in full force and effect during the term of employment. Must meet all Medicare program requirements for physical therapists. Must be BLS prepared. Previous experience preferred. This position is primarily at our Mapleton, IA Wellness Center location.
