ABOUT THE ROLE                                                                   
 
Our client, a dynamic and innovative healthcare and rehabilitation organiztion, is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with senior management and create impactful HR processes and protocols. This position is onsite and based in Honolulu, HI.  
 
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 
 
<ul>
	<li>Manage and oversee the staffing operations of the company from recruitment to onboarding</li>
	<li>Properly ensure the company's compliance with federal, state and local regulations </li>
	<li>Develop performance management programs and corresponding training materials as needed </li>
	<li>Develop and implement various human resources programs as needed </li>
	<li>Support the strategic planning process by recommending company objectives</li>
	<li>Accurately prepare sensitive documentation and uphold confidentiality </li>
	<li>Other duties as needed </li>
</ul>
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE 
 
<ul>
	<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required </li>
	<li>6+ years of experience in human resources or related field </li>
	<li>SHRM-SCP and/or IPMA-HR certification/designation highly preferred </li>
	<li>Prior experience leading a human resources team </li>
	<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills </li>
	<li>Strong attention to detail </li>
	<li>Prior experience using HRIS systems required </li>
