Your Responsibilities:
 
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of sales experts to achieve outstanding sales performance and exceed goals
 
Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory and financial reporting
 
Devising and implementing effective strategies to drive regional sales
 
Ensure customers receive exceptional service
 
Requirements
 
Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive business growth
 
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
 
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
 
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
 
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
