Job Details:
 
Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company seeking independent contractors. We are looking to partner with responsible, reliable, hardworking, and passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. We are seeking a cleaner for a daycare located in Owings Mills, MD. The daycare must be cleaned Monday through Friday. Work begins at or after 6:30pm.
 
  
 
Requirements: Pass a background check, must have a valid Driver's License and drive a vehicle, must own a smart phone with data. Experience is preferred.
 
  
 
Pay: Pay dates fall on the 3rd and 18th of each month depending on weekends and holidays. Direct Deposit Required. The daycare is $1150 a month.
 
  
 
Hours: Work begins at or after 6:30pm.

-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition
 
  
 
-Able to work a flexible schedule
 
  
 
-Able to fill-in if needed
 
  
 
-Able to work on call if needed
 
  
 
-Cleaning of surfaces
 
  
 
-Cleaning of bathrooms and refill toilet paper, hand soap and paper towel dispensers
 
  
 
-Cleaning of staff breakroom
 
  
 
-Collect and dispose of trash
 
  
 
-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
 
  
 
-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
 
  
 
-Work and communicate with Management when necessary
 
  
 
Additional Requirements:
 
  
 
-Ability to manage your time efficiently
 
  
 
-Work well when supervisors are not present
 
  
 
-Handle basic cleaning tasks
 
  
 
-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
 
  
 
-Must have great communication skills
 
  
 
-Able to use basic cleaning equipment
