JOB DESCRIPTION

A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire a Full-time board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work in two offices in Flanders and Dover, New Jersey. A minimum of three years of experience and a New Jersey state license are required. The organization offers a salary of $70 to $85 per hour, plus a hefty benefits package.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
 
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
 
Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions, prescribing medications, and therapies as appropriate.
 
Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
 
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
 
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
 
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with evidence-based practices.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
 
Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
 
Active New Jersey license and NP certification.
 
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
 
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
 
Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 
 
Job Type:  
 
 
Full Time - Part Time.
 
 
Schedule:
 
 
Mon, Wed, and Fri: 9 AM to 5 PM,
 
Tue & Thu: 11 AM to 7 PM,
 
Every other Saturday, 11 AM - 2 PM
 
No on-call 
 
 
Compensation:
 
 
$70 to $85 per hour
 
 
Employment Package for Full Time only:  
 
 
four weeks PTO (personal, sick days, national holidays, CME), prorated for the first year
 
$1,000 CME reimbursement per year
