The client is seeking a Representative for Fleet Solutions at Holman TIC.
This role is essential for enhancing engagement with clients and prospects by facilitating the planning and execution of visits to our U.S. and Canadian offices. The representative will be proficient in showcasing Holman’s facilities, such as the Welcome Center and Tech Lab, while customizing presentations based on client research. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to develop effective meeting itineraries, managing logistics, and ensuring best practices are followed. The representative will also stay informed on industry trends and support sales development initiatives.
This is a hybrid position, with in-office work required from Tuesday to Thursday (3 days onsite), and flexibility in hours and travel may be necessary.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Principal Purpose of Position:
- Supports the planning, preparation, communications, and execution of client and prospect visits to Holman’s US and CA offices (GHQ, TIC, & Mississauga, ON).
- Conveys proficiency in Holman’s Welcome Center, Demo Stations, Tech Lab, and Facilities presentations to visitors.
- Researches client and prospect details for meeting preparation via the internet and internal systems; applies learning and subject matter knowledge to customized presentations and meeting strategies.
- Collaborates with Holman’s account stakeholders, subject matter experts, leadership, and client/prospect visitors in the development of meeting itinerary and visit goals.
- Develops, prepares, and distributes agendas and consolidated internal meeting objectives.
- Verifies visit preparation, including documents, logistics, and adherence to visit best practices.
- Provides tactical and logistics support for meetings to include reserving conference rooms, arranging catering, coordinating travel and dining, and setting up meeting spaces.
- Maintains visit details and department information in Fleet Solutions’ central planning portal.
- Maintains awareness of trends in the fleet industry as well as new products, services, and technologies at Holman; collaborates with Fleet Solutions team to ensure approach and resources are up-to-date.
- Provides client/prospect presentation development and strategic delivery support as needed.
- Assists with sales development tasks, special visits, client forums, events, and projects as needed to support department initiatives.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, to include arrival prior to start of business to set up meetings.
- Travel for meetings as needed.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential for creating presentations, managing data, and preparing documents.
Experience in Account Management or Sales Administration: A background in these areas helps one understand Holman’s products and services and effectively support sales development initiatives.
Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities are crucial for effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple priorities, maintaining attention to detail, and staying flexible under time constraints is key to successfully executing visit plans and logistics.
Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional customer service skills are necessary to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
