#1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
 
#2. 7   10 years of relevant financial analysis experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or similar industries
 
  
 
Requirements for the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst:
 
 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
 
7   10 years of relevant financial analysis experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or similar industries
 
A few years of experience in a leadership capacity or with team guidance to support collaborative and cross-functional projects 
 
 
  
 
Other Key Requirements:
 
 
100% onsite
 
No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
 
Must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MO. Relo package available.
