**PROJECT DETAILS**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Under the direction of  the Operations Support Manager, the Field Technician II will support Offices Under the President (OUP), and is responsible for managing multiple projects and tasks while providing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, hardware repair, and deployment of end-user hardware and software.
- Assumes primary responsibility for multiple tasks and projects with a heavy emphasis on a culture that thrives on team collaboration.
- Travels to Cook County locations within Chicago and outlying suburbs to lead and provide onsite troubleshooting, deployments, and repairs.
- Leads deployment and troubleshooting projects, performs problem identification and root cause identification, and monitors the situation while advising departmental liaisons with next steps in the process.
- Performs other related assignments and duties as directed.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**

Possession of a High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
