JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Maintenance & Troubleshooting Technician with strong hands-on expertise in servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems. The role involves preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, responding to emergency service calls, and supporting overall facility operations across commercial sites.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting​
Universal EPA 608 Certification (mandatory)
Experience with:
Commercial HVAC systems and packaged units
Preventive and reactive maintenance 
Mechanical maintenance
Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting
Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Fire/Life Safety systems
MEP systems
CMMS/work order management systems
Commercial facilities maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle emergency/on-call service situations
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
Experience in mobile/service technician roles
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and compliance
Professional attitude and good interview/presentation skills
Responsibilities:
The technician will be responsible for maintaining packaged HVAC systems and supporting commercial facility operations through scheduled preventive maintenance and on-demand repairs. The role requires troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS (Building Automation Systems), and Fire/Life Safety systems while ensuring compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
Candidates should be comfortable working in mobile/service technician environments, traveling between sites, managing work orders through CMMS systems, and interacting professionally with customers and facility teams. Physical work such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment is part of the role.
