 Overall Weekly Amount:  $2,085
 
 
$17/hr and $25.50/hr  Overtime. Weekly Taxable:  $612
 
Weekly M&IE Per Diem:  $500
 
Weekly Lodging Per Diem:  $973
 
Weekly Nontaxable Per Diem: $1,473

Licensure:  Active Florida or Compact License
 
Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
 
Experience:  2+ years
