 is seeking Director of Quality / Construction to fill an immediate opening!

Compensation:
 $155K - $170K
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in industrial construction quality assurance, including previous leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
Must be a current, valid 
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
 with certification in good standing.
Ability and willingness to 
travel up to 75%
 of the time to regional offices and project sites.
Proficiency in quality management software and a deep understanding of industry safety protocols and standards.
Responsibilities:
Align quality assurance initiatives with company objectives and develop long-term continuous improvement plans.
Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes, conducting regular audits to ensure projects meet or exceed specifications.
Develop and deliver quality training programs for construction teams and subcontractors to promote a culture of excellence.
Build strong relationships with clients to address quality concerns and collaborate with project teams to implement best practices.
Mentor and lead the quality assurance team, including inspectors and analysts, to foster professional growth.
