**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Oversee and direct strategic operations and execution. Provide operational guidance in most complex issues.
- Define and communicate the vision of the Information Technology (IT) architecture strategy that supports the County's business strategies.
- Provide system architectural leadership and collaborate with other Bureaus/Departments.
- Support the framework aligning IT solutions with the needs of the County.
- Guide the delivery of new IT solutions. Participate in the creation and evolution of a technology roadmap that defines current technical architectures, future architectures, and the evolution of transition for all projects through a strategic lens.
- Manage incorporating best practices for implementing security measures to protect data when developing and implementing architectural designs, with emphasis at the network and application layers.
- Collaborate with other leaders and subject matter experts to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.
- Oversee and direct strategic operations and execution. Provide operational guidance in most complex issues.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree
