Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the operations team supporting customer account management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Muscatine, IA
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
What's the Job?

Coordinate shipments to and from the warehouse to meet key customer delivery requirements.
	Generate associated documents for customer shipments including warehouse pick sheets and packing lists.
	Receive inbound freight, verify contents, and reconcile discrepancies.
	Communicate effectively with customers and carriers regarding transportation of orders.
	Maintain inventory accuracy by entering transactions into the warehouse management system.

What's Needed?

General office experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
	Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to establish effective working relationships.
	Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
	Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
	Prior customer service and/or warehouse experience is desired.
