Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Corporate Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical financial analysis and strategic insights that will guide decision-making for corporate financial planning and operations. You will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis across various business units.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership to influence strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision-making, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and projections for various business initiatives.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A activities, capital expenditures, and other strategic projects through financial modeling and risk assessment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from the plan and suggest corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., accounting, operations, marketing) to collect data, analyze financial performance, and support the implementation of business strategies.
  • Ad hoc Analysis & Reporting: Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership, supporting business decisions, corporate planning, and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or a related field.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
    • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present insights to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate finance or FP&A within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
  • Knowledge of valuation techniques and capital budgeting.
Salary Range:

The salary for this position is typically in the range of $65,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
