If not, this isn’t the place for you.Coombes Development is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the financial health of the company.  This role requires a multitasker with experience in construction-related accounting, managing a team, and refining systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Lead the Accounting Team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingOversee and review monthly project invoicingPrepare and analyze project and company financial statementsCoordinate with external accounting firms on tax filings and auditsMaintain and monitor cash flow statements and projectionsAdvise on cost control strategies and financial risk managementSafeguard confidential financial and company informationOperations  Collaborate with lenders and escrow partners to manage project closingsOversee credit compliance and reporting for financial partnersEnsure the integration of accounting software with internal systemsSupport evaluation of senior and subordinate debt options for stabilized propertiesManage bid packages for upcoming development projects
