JOB DESCRIPTION

Randstad's client in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver technology project scopes for Capital Construction projects across a portfolio of stations, facilities, and properties. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of digital technology services within large-scale construction and redevelopment projects, including transportation hubs, corporate offices, and operations centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Digital Technology (DT) scopes for all capital construction projects, focusing on successful DT service integration.
  • Oversee end-to-end alignment of technology design and deployment within the architectural and engineering construction lifecycles.
  • Lead engineering design, deployment, and integration for technology infrastructure, with projects ranging from building renovations to network system installations.
  • Coordinate deployment and integration of technologies such as Audio/Visual systems, content management, video surveillance, and access control systems.
  • Maintain a professional, client-facing demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ensure multitasking capabilities under pressure to meet project demands.
  • Follow a hybrid work schedule (two days per week in-office), with travel as needed based on project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
