Job Summary
 We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to patient support, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
 
Duties
 
 
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
 
Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
 
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
 
Educate patients and their families about care plans and health maintenance.
 
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
 
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and care efficiency.
 
 
Experience
 
 
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
 
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
 
 
Requirements
 
 
Active CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
 
BLS certification required.
