Salary Range-Upto - USD $220,000 to $292,500 (Based at work experience & Interview)

In this role, you will lead our adult medicine department, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and clinical excellence while nurturing the growth of your team.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
 
Provide leadership and oversight for the Adult Medicine Department.
 
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Director of Infectious Diseases.
 
Support continuous improvement in clinical operations, provider workflow, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
 
Deliver direct clinical care alongside administrative oversight.
 
Participate in department strategic goals and direction.
 
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and quality focus.
 
Willingness to deliver high-quality patient care efficiently.
 
Experience providing care to underserved populations with complex needs.
 
Relevant business experience in a large health center or private practice, ideally as a Director or Associate Director.
 
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, retention, and discipline of clinical staff.
 
Familiarity with compliance issues related to clinical expertise.
 
Experience supervising advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs).
 
Superior communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.
 
Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
 
Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
 
Resourceful problem-solving attitude and accountability
 
 
Qualifications
 
 
Graduation from an accredited medical school.
 
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
 
Physician License in the state of CT (Preferred)
