Job Description:
 The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and management of Augmentjobs. This executive will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to drive business growth and profitability while ensuring financial sustainability. Key responsibilities include developing financial policies, managing cash flow, analyzing financial performance, and presenting financial insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in financial management.
 
Education:
 A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
 
Experience:
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CFO or equivalent position.
