 Location: Los Gatos, CA
 Contract Duration: 13 weeks
 Shift: Days
 Pay Rate: $42 - $45/hour (W2)

What You'll Do:
 
 
Assist patients in regaining independence through therapeutic interventions
 
Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team
 
Provide compassionate care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
 
Implement care plans designed by OTs and track patient progress
 
 
What We're Looking For:
 
 
Current COTA license in California
 
Prior experience in a SNF or rehab facility is a plus
 
Strong communication and teamwork skills
 
Dedication to providing quality patient care
