JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
 
Location:  Parsippany, NJ  07054
 
Pay Rate:  $15/hr
 
Duration:  7  weeks contract
 
Guarantee:  40  hr
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
 
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
 
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
 
Provide mobility support by helping patients move, reposition, and walk safely.
 
Assist with patient transfers and ambulation, following proper lifting techniques.
 
Support nursing staff by performing routine tasks such as changing bed linens, feeding, and ensuring patient comfort.
 
Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly.
 
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control procedures.
 
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
 
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
 
Minimum of [Specify Experience, e.g., 1 year] experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
 
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
 
Experience in different healthcare environments, including hospitals, nursing homes, or rehabilitation centers.
