As part of a mission-driven team, you'll help individuals receive critical care in the place they call home.Position SummaryThe Home Health Aide (CHHA) – CNA is responsible for providing personal care and support services that promote comfort, safety, and independence for patients in their homes. This hands-on role plays a vital part in ensuring continuity of care, especially for vulnerable or recovering patients.
