Beauty Retail & Operations Associate
We are seeking a reliable, adaptable team member to support a fast-paced beauty retail environment. This role combines customer service, reception support, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, providing excellent customer care, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare preferred
- Customer service or reception experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and purchases
- Support reception duties including greeting guests and handling inquiries
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays
- Help maintain overall store organization and workflow during peak times
