Position: Radiologic Technologist
 
Start Date: 11/25/2024
 
Duration: 13 weeks
 
Location: Glendale, AZ, 85306
 
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 7:00 AM  - 7:30 PM, 12
 
Shift Notes:7:00AM - 7:30 PM/36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed/The Client is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to where experienced
 
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
 
On-Call Requirements: On-call schedule to be determined by facility
 
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: FLU vaccination -  REQUIRED  **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
 
Traveler Policy: No candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will be considered  -  please include a copy in the submission

Learning modules must be completed before the start of the assignment.
 
Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
 
Client or  Vendor  may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
 
 
** Client has a specific cover page!  PLEASE  vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in.  This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open/close quickly!
 
This form needs to be 100% accurate and have  all  requests noted in the highlights section.
 
 
Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
 
All RTO should be listed on the cover page,  and must  be less than 7 days.
 
RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
 
All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
 
If interested in "any" location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)
 
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
 
All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
 
All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
 
Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.
 
 
**The Client will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

This position assesses plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients following organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 
 
Minimum 24 months of Radiology Technologist experience -  REQUIRED
 
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission and  INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION  -  REQUIRED
 
No License Hits -  REQUIRED
