"We are seeking a  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)  for a 13-week  travel/contract  assignment in  Chambersburg, PA  17201.  Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply."

Shift:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
 
 
 
Guaranteed Hours:  35  hours per week
 
 
 
Weekly Pay Rate:  $1050 - $1155
 
 
 
Job Description:
 
 
Assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
 
Conducting therapeutic activities and exercises with patients.
 
Monitoring and documenting patients' progress.
 
Educating patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their condition.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
 
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
 
Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
 
Valid state license
 
CPR certification.
 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
 
Experience working with diverse patient populations.
 
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
 
 
 
Travel & Local Considerations:
 
 
Candidates  outside a 50-mile radius  qualify for travel pay.
