**PROJECT DETAILS**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

- Work closely with Bureaus/Departments to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions in a systems, applications, and data processing (SAP) environment.
- Provide technical assistance to users to define their needs by obtaining their program requirements.
- Provide high quality technology solutions to Bureaus/Departments across the organization.
- Implement and take ownership of system production issues and development projects as assigned by leadership.
- Provide end user support to understand technology needs, prepare design documents and programs, and test technical solutions.
- Consult other staff and leadership for more complex issues and challenges.

**REQUIRED DEGREE**

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree
