**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Provide technical assistance in all areas of Information Technology (IT) help desk/support.
Handle operational activities regarding system operations, problem determination and resolution, installation and maintenance, training, and general facility upkeep in the personal computing, networking, and mid-range environments.
Perform a variety of tasks and functions throughout areas served by Network Administration.
Address users' needs and resolve routine, basic problems in IT support areas.
Escalate and consult with senior staff for more complex and non-standard issues.
Assist with training/classroom functions.

REQUIRED DEGREE
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S)
