LOCATION: Tulsa, OKPAY RATE: $21.21/hour

Summary:

Performs structural assembly operations in a production environment, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, customer specifications, and company quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work with various tools, materials, and processes.
Required Skills:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
1+ year of structural assembly experience or equivalent credit from an aircraft structures technical certificate program.
-
Basic knowledge of aircraft structures, sheet metal, and fabrication processes.
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scales, and basic documents.

Experience with tools for riveting, drilling, and structural assembly.

Basic computer skills for data entry and resource planning systems.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in confined spaces or any shift.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Desired Skills:

Experience with Solumina and Smarteam systems.

Familiarity with composite resins and materials.

Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement processes (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).

Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet demanding schedules.
