JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our manufacturing plant operations. This role is essential for managing front-office activities, employee services, compliance tasks, and various reporting functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multitasking, this position is for you.
Role will require resource to be onsite 5 days a week. No remote work available.

Responsibilities:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Takes initiative
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
First interview will be via teams. Possibility of 2nd interview on site.Key Responsibilities

· Utilize functional Excel skills for daily administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, applying basic formulas, and reviewing reports for accuracy.
· Serve as the primary front office contact by answering main line calls, assisting vendors and customers, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
· Organize, scan, and maintain documentation to support internal audits, compliance initiatives, and accounting processes.
· Manage office operations such as supply ordering, maintaining phone lists, handling mail and invoices, and ensuring proper file organization and retention.
· Support special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.
· Perform file purging and shredding in accordance with company retention policies and confidentiality standards.
· Update and track expense reports, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
· Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation support.
