Accounting Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager with great AP/AR expertise to lead a high-volume, multi-entity accounting operation. You’ll play a key role in process optimization, cash flow management, and team leadership — all while helping scale the finance function as the company grows.What You’ll Do:Lead and refine full-cycle AP and AR operationsManage and mentor a team across multiple business unitsImprove processes, internal controls, and automationDrive reporting, cash forecasting, and month-end closeCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement & OpsWhat We’re Looking For:8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)Leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environmentERP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsMandarin language skills (preferred)Experience in retail or supply chain industries is a plus.Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, cash management, and operational accounting best practices.MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
